Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses unischoolofyoga.in or enrols in a course, session or event offered by Uni School Of Yoga Foundation, a registered foundation (Reg. No. 390 of 2022) based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us", "the School"). By creating an account or making a payment you agree to them.

Our services

We offer yoga education: live online courses, recorded video courses, online sessions, academic diploma programmes and events. Each course page states what it includes, its duration, schedule, language and fee.

Your account

• You must give accurate details (name, email, phone) when you register.
• Your account is for you alone. Class links and recordings must not be shared, forwarded, recorded or re-published.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

Fees and payment

• Fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Where a payment processing fee and GST apply, they are shown as a separate line before you pay.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your enrolment is confirmed only once the payment is successfully received.
• Some programmes (such as the Diploma and PG Diploma) are admitted personally over WhatsApp or phone; their fees and terms are shared with you directly.

Attending classes

• Live classes are held online at the times stated on the course page, in Indian Standard Time (IST). Joining links appear in your dashboard.
• We may occasionally reschedule a class; enrolled students are told in advance.
• Practise within your own limits. If you have a medical condition, injury or are pregnant, consult your doctor before practising. Yoga instruction is not a substitute for medical advice, and the School is not liable for injury arising from practice done against this advice.

Intellectual property

All course material, videos, notes and recordings belong to the School or its teachers. They are licensed to you for personal learning only and may not be copied, sold or distributed.

Conduct

We may suspend access, without refund, for anyone who shares paid content, harasses teachers or students, or disrupts classes.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
