What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Uni School Of Yoga Foundation, a registered foundation (Reg. No. 390 of 2022) based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use unischoolofyoga.in and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Contact details you choose to give us, such as a phone number or a message sent through our contact form or WhatsApp.
- Enrolment and payment records: what you enrolled in, the amount, date and payment status.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site securely, such as your IP address and browser type.
What we do not collect
Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. Razorpay handles them under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To create your account and give you access to what you enrolled in.
- To process payments, issue receipts and handle refunds.
- To send you class links, schedule changes, password resets and important notices about your enrolment.
- To answer your enquiries.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not send you marketing messages you have not asked for.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run the School: Razorpay (payments), our email provider (account and enrolment emails), and our hosting and database providers. Each receives only what it needs. We will also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
You can see and update your details in your dashboard. To have your account deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, contact us at admin@unischoolofyoga.in or +91 90301 29801. Payment records we are legally required to keep will be retained.
Security
Passwords are hashed, all traffic uses HTTPS, and access to student data is restricted to the School's administrators.
