Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for fees paid to Uni School Of Yoga Foundation, a registered foundation (Reg. No. 390 of 2022) based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Please read it before you pay — by completing a payment you accept it.

No cancellation or refund after enrolment

All fees are non-refundable once your payment is successful and your enrolment is confirmed. This applies to live online courses, recorded video courses, online sessions and events. Your seat is reserved for you, batch sizes are planned around it, and recorded content is unlocked immediately, so an enrolment cannot be cancelled for a refund.

This includes, for example, changing your mind, being unable to attend some or all classes, or not using the course access you paid for.

When you will get a full refund

• The School cancels the course, session or event, or postpones it and you cannot attend the new date — you receive a full refund of everything you paid, including the payment processing fee.
• You were charged more than once for the same enrolment, or charged but not enrolled because of a technical error — the extra or failed amount is refunded in full.

Batch transfer instead of a refund

If you cannot continue a live course because of a genuine reason (such as illness or a family emergency), you may ask to move to the next batch of the same course, free of charge. A transfer can be made once, must be requested before the second week of your batch, and is subject to a seat being available in the next batch. A transferred enrolment is not refundable.

Diploma and PG Diploma programmes

These are admitted personally. Their fees and any refund terms are shared with you in writing at the time of admission, in line with the rules of the affiliated university.

When you receive a refund

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet). Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.
